🌍 Enterprise Account Executive – UK (Remote) | €90K–€95K Base + €180K OTE + Equity

Regulations are tightening. Demand is accelerating. And CIM is scaling its European footprint. We're now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the UK (remote-first, but Ireland-based applicants also welcome) and lead the charge into a new wave of growth.

What You’ll Actually Do :
  • Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to partner-led pursuits and enterprise closes
  • Build stakeholder alignment across complex buying groups (COO, CFO, ESG, IT, FM and more)
  • Navigate long, layered sales processes and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Sell both direct to property owners and through global partners
  • Work closely with Customer Success, who act as solution engineers and stay embedded throughout implementation
  • Be a trusted advisor. This is not a feature-pitching motion, it’s a true Challenger Sale environment
What We’re Looking For :
  • Enterprise SaaS experience – ideally with 6–12+ month deal cycles and multi-stakeholder sales
  • A strategic operator – you sell change, not just software
  • Familiar with complexity – you’ve worked in property tech, automation, AI, or any industry that demands education and transformation
  • Curious and coachable – you don’t need a playbook, but you’re eager to build one
  • Someone with grit – you don’t expect handouts, but you do expect to win
  • Based in the UK (preferred) or Ireland , with comfort working fully remote
What Success Looks Like :
  • Quota set at 4x base (approx. €600K annual target)
  • Win and expand key accounts with contract values ranging from €30K to €300K+
  • Blend of 50% outbound + 50% partner-led expansion
  • Progression into strategic enterprise territory as global partnerships mature
