Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive and Sales at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for helping the business grow, managing high demand in demo requests, upgrades, and support agreements, as well as maintaining customer relationships and account management. You will work with and sell a product that professionals love, which has an exceptional retention rate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and experience in SaaS sales or related fields.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially in regulated industries like MedTech or Pharma, and familiarity with key regulatory processes.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various methods and customer recommendations.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
  • Generate regular sales and financial reports.
  • Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Passion for solving problems aligned with MedBoard's mission.
  • Strong system design and problem-solving skills to handle the "unknown".
