The opportunity:
We’re seeking an Account Director to develop and drive client partnerships, strategic leadership, and business growth. Combining your expertise in the healthcare industry with strategic and operational insight, you’ll deliver impactful, multi-channel solutions that redefine how healthcare is communicated.
As a trusted partner to senior clients, you’ll take ownership of high-value accounts, driving innovative strategies and business solutions. You’ll oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring all work is strategically sound, creatively bold and flawlessly executed, while mentoring and inspiring a team of Account Managers and Executives.
This is a rare chance to influence client direction, build enduring relationships, accelerate growth and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will guide and motivate teams to raise our standards and strengthen the agency’s standing for outstanding work.

With deep expertise in healthcare communications, you excel at leading integrated, multi-channel solutions, while maintaining a focus on creativity, quality and strategic alignment. You have the confidence and experience to guide clients through complex challenges, manage budgets effectively, and inspire teams to deliver work that is both impactful and distinctive.
You bring a strong commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking opportunities to add value, optimise processes, and drive growth through selling.
