An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities maintenance industry. They currently maintain a number of high end maintenance contracts across London and the Home Counties and are looking for an experienced Account Director to head up two of their long standing accounts.
The main purpose of the job will be to ensure that contractual and technical operations are maintained to a very high standard and also contractual obligations are met. The total value of the contract is around the £5 million mark and the total staff on each site consists of around 20 staff.
