We are seeking a talented, driven, and culturally connected Account and Operations Manager to lead our business operations and client management.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, action-oriented Account and Operations Manager to help us launch and run our London business. This is a pivotal role that blends operations, project management, client support and execution. You’ll be the engine that keeps things running – someone who thrives on getting things done and wearing multiple hats as we build momentum in the UK.
You’ll work closely with the Publisher and Senior Leadership Team (based across Australia and London), supporting both the commercial and editorial sides of the business. You’ll also help coordinate print publishing and event production, run internal projects, and support our clients and partners. It’s a varied, hands-on role that would suit a smart, resourceful operator who’s excited about being part of something from the ground up.
