Klarent Hospitality Limited, managing DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton in Chilworth near Southampton, is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping and Accommodation team. You will oversee daily tasks, respond to guest requests promptly and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Supervise the Housekeeping and Accommodation team, ensuring daily tasks are delivered to high standards
• Assist with rotas and stock control and management
• Contribute to daily housekeeping duties, such as undertaking regular deep cleaning and replenishment
