Doubletree by Hilton Southampton is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping and Accommodation team on a permanent, full-time basis in Southampton. You will ensure daily tasks are delivered to high standards and focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

This role emphasizes customer-focused service, rota assistance, stock control, and proactive management of guest requests to maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

The Role
