Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Southampton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper and lead daily operations, ensuring the Leonardo standard is maintained across the hotel. You’ll act as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting a culture of respect, teamwork and guest satisfaction.

You will train new team members, collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences, inspect rooms for quality, and manage stock levels to keep pace with demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping supervision preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor new team members.
• Strong attention to detail and standards.
• Excellent teamwork and guest‑facing courtesy.
