Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to support the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager in delivering consistently clean, well-presented holiday homes across our UK parks. In this hands-on role, you will lead a team, conduct checks, and help maintain an efficient operation that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and convey complex plans efficiently.
• Leadership style that brings out the best in diverse teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistently clean, safe and well-maintained holiday homes for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and fix non-compliance issues.
• Clean holiday homes, lodges and pods to high brand standards.
• Provide your team with tools, stocks and on-the-job coaching.
• Build positive guest relationships and address queries with minimal disruption.
• Monitor health & safety, COSHH and company policies.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen and guest amenities and report low levels.
