Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional park operations, guest experiences and commercial performance. This is a clear path for progression to a future General Manager with a tailored development plan and hands-on leadership of departmental teams.

You will lead with a positive culture, coach Heads of Department, manage weekends and bank holidays, and contribute to the park's financial

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the General Manager across park management.
• Deputise during periods of absence and build trusted relationships with Heads of Department.
• Drive high-quality, efficient operations and guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop Heads of Department to enhance leadership capability.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing training with the People Team.
• Contribute to financial performance including sales, margins, budgets and payroll.
