Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Accommodation Operations Manager to lead the Accommodation Services team and oversee daily operations, ensuring five-star service and memorable guest experiences throughout the hotel.

Based at our London property, you will manage staff allocation in Unifocus and systems like Opera Cloud, monitor costs, support development plans, and drive recognition programs to reward high performance. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing accommodation operations in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering high guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that job tasks are correctly allocated and assigned to staff on duty in Unifocus for all the team members on duty.
• To have a proficient working knowledge of Opera Cloud, Unifocus, and other supporting systems.
• Understanding the financial implications of controlling staff levels and cost control.
• Ensure the correct number of team members are present daily to cover operational needs
• Ensure the department is efficiently run at all times, and especially on the weekend. Report absences according to the correct procedure.
