Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking an Accommodation Operations Manager to lead the Accommodation Services Department on a permanent basis. Your role will drive five-star service, guest satisfaction, and positive energy within a diverse team.

You will oversee staffing, systems, and cost controls while maintaining high standards across all shifts. Immediate start is available for a dedicated hospitality professional in a busy central hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of Opera Cloud and Unifocus
• Ability to work with multiple hotel systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are allocated to staff on duty in Unifocus
• Maintain proficient working knowledge of Opera Cloud, Unifocus and supporting systems
• Understand financial implications of staffing costs and cost control
• Ensure adequate staffing levels daily to cover operations
• Ensure the department runs efficiently, especially on weekends and holidays

• Ensure the correctnumber of team members are present daily to cover operational needs
• Ensure the department is efficientlyrun at all times, and especially on the weekend. Report absences according tothe correct procedure.
