Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is currently seeking an Accommodation operation Manager to join our Accommodation Services Department on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will help deliver five-star service, manage on-duty staff, and maintain positive, energetic teamwork across diverse backgrounds in a busy hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong systems knowledge (Opera Cloud/Unifocus), an eye for cost control, and a commitment to memorable guest experiences in central London.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that job tasks are correctly allocated and assigned to staff on duty in Unifocus for all the team members on duty.
• Have a proficient working knowledge of Opera Cloud, Unifocus, and other supporting systems.
• Understand the financial implications of controlling staff levels and cost control.
• Ensure the correct number of team members are present daily to cover operational needs.
• Ensure the department is efficiently run at all times, and especially on the weekend. Report absences according to the correct procedure.
