Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking an Accommodation Operations Manager to lead the Accommodation Services team, drive five-star service, and ensure efficient daily operations at our London property. The role focuses on staffing, systems use, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, award-winning hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong team leadership, and a proactive approach to delivering memorable moments for guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality operations is preferred.
• Strong people management and rostering capability.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and cost control considerations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks to staff on duty using Unifocus for all team members.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of Opera Cloud, Unifocus and supporting systems.
• Understand the financial implications of staffing and cost control.
• Ensure correct staffing levels daily to meet operational needs.

As apassionate Accommodation operation Manageryourmain duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Ensure that job tasks are correctly allocated and assigned to staff on duty in Unifocus for all the team members on duty.
• To have a proficient working knowledge of Opera Cloud, Unifocus, and other supporting systems.
• Understanding the financial implications of controlling staff levels and cost control.
• Ensure the correct number of team members are present daily to cover operational needs
• Ensure the department is efficiently run at all times, and especially on the weekend. Report absences according to the correct procedure.
