Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead and develop a dedicated team, ensuring highest cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types. You will coordinate with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to manage check-ins, repairs and special requests, while driving weekly action plans and service improvements.

The role requires experience in team leadership, operations coordination, labour forecasting, and a hands-on approach to cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to coordinate complex daily operations.
• Forecasting labour and resource planning skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train the Accommodation team.
• Create a positive team culture delivering high standards.
• Set up team structure, delegate roles, and define responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing coaching, 1-2-1s and development plans.
