The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success is rewarded with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development : Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
• Client Management : Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Screening & Interviews : Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process.
• Offer Management & Onboarding : Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Compliance : Ensure all placements meet legal and company standards.

• Proven experience as a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who has had success within your speciaslist sector ie Catering / Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Engineering and building and developing your desk to its full potential
