People Solutions is recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established client in Thornbury, Bristol. The role offers £13.50-£14.50 per hour, Monday to Friday shifts, weekly pay, ongoing work and immediate starts.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK Category B licence for at least one year, good communication skills and a solid understanding of road networks. Training provided and ongoing support available.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering to supermarkets and petrol stations.
• Loading the vehicle for the next day’s routes.
• Ensuring loads are safe and secure.
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and reporting faults.
• Operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van safely and efficiently.
• Maintain delivery records and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with site staff.
• Adhere to food hygiene regulations during transport.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Thornbury, Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.50-£14.50 per hour, Monday to Friday work, weekly pay, ongoing work and immediate starts.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver, Multi-Drop Driver or Delivery Driver.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Delivering to supermarkets and petrol stations
• Loading the vehicle for the following day's routes
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
• Completing vehicle inspections and reporting any faults
• Operating a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van safely and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations
• Adhering to food hygiene regulations while transporting food

Essential Skills

• Valid UK Category B Driving Licence held for at least one year
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues
• Good understanding of road networks and navigational tools
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and use own initiative

Desirable Experience

• Previous multi-drop driving experience
