Job Overview

We're recruiting a reliable 3.5T Van Driver for our construction based client to complete deliveries and collections, ensuring goods arrive safely and on time. This is a hands‑on role involving loading/unloading and working both on the road and at delivery points.

Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week – early start)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van completing multi‑drop deliveries and collections.
• Load/unload items safely and secure loads correctly.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery notes/PODs and communicate updates as needed.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service at all delivery points.
• Follow all road safety, compliance and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Full UK driving licence (Category B).
• Previous van driving experience (multi‑drop desirable).
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance.
• Strong time‑keeping and communication skills.
• Physically fit for loading/unloading and working outdoors when required.
