Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to join their client in Mitcham, London. This role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, with a pay rate of £14.00–£14.50 per hour. The position is initially temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

You will drive throughout London and surrounding areas, load and unload deliveries safely, and maintain the vehicle to a high standard while representing the company professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Experience driving a 3.5 tonne van preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5 tonne company van throughout London and surrounding areas.

• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

• Working independently and taking responsibility for your daily workload.

Requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• No DD's or DDR's, no more than 6 points.
• Previous experience driving a 3.5 tonne van.
• Confidence driving throughout London and navigating busy routes.
• Experience handling valuable or fragile products is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
