Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting a Multi-Drop Van Driver for our client in Hallen, Bristol. This full-time role offers a steady workload, early start times between 05:00 and 08:00, and opportunities for permanent placement.

You will load and deliver 5–8 store orders daily, provide friendly customer service, and be responsible for vehicle checks and compliance. Benefits include weekly pay and ongoing work.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Category B driving licence
• Van delivery experience of at least 12 months
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence

Responsibilities

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Hallen, Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, consistent full-time work, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression within a busy distribution operation.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver or 3.5 Tonne Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Working 5 days out of 7
• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Multi-Drop Van Driver are:

• Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries
• Completing 5 to 8 store deliveries and collections per day
• Delivering products safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
• Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift
• Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Following all road traffic legislation and company procedures

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will need:

• A full UK Category B Driving Licence
• A minimum of 12 months' van delivery experience
• No more than 3 penalty points for minor offences
• A reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good geographical knowledge
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional approach to customer service

Training:

• Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation
• Two-day paid induction following a successful assessment
• One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
