Job summary

People Solutions are seeking a dedicated Van Driver for their client in Yate, Bristol. The role involves loading each morning, delivering and collecting items, and ensuring safe handling of goods with a focus on excellent customer service.

Typical shifts are 5 days (Tue-Sat) with start times between 05:00 and 08:00, offering strong pay rates (£13.71–£20.07 per hour) and potential for permanent placement. Weekley pay is provided in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
• Minimum of 12 months van delivery experience.
• No more than 3 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries.
• Carrying out deliveries and collections per day.
• Delivering furniture and any other household items required.
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office.
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Yate, Bristol.

Shifts

• Working 5 days Tuesday to Saturday
• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00

Rates of Pay:
