You will mentor staff, allocate tasks, and collaborate with third-line and vendor teams to deliver reliable operational services while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading 2nd line engineers (T3/T2) in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to manage incidents, SLAs and obsolescence tasks.
• Clearance: High DV Developed Vetting.

Aufgaben

• Lead JUNO 2nd Line Engineers and allocate tasks across 3 teams.
• Ensure incidents and changes meet SLAs with no impact to operations.
• Mentor and coach engineers; develop career paths and skill growth.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeho lders to prioritise resolutions.
• Coordinate major incidents and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage line staffing, workloads and priorities for JUNO team.
• Support Early Life System deployment and integration into services.
