Job summary
Nextech Group Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team. You will provide second-line technical support, troubleshoot IT and network issues, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and VoIP systems.
You will work with 1st and 3rd line teams to resolve complex problems, participate in a rotating out-of-hours rota, and contribute to delivering reliable service with strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- 2nd line support experience required.
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with AD, Microsoft 365 and networking.
- Azure/Entra ID/Intune and VoIP experience desirable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- 25 days holiday after increase.
Responsibilities
- Resolve 2nd line tickets and escalated issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems.
- Support Windows, Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
- Support networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP and Teams.
- Work with 1st and 3rd line teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in a rotating out-of-hours support rota.
