Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to own escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS, supporting identity and collaboration tools.

You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure SLAs are met while guiding users and stakeholders. You will administer M365/Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and device compliance, with experience in Intune/Jamf/MDM, and contribute to security and patching across environments.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Administrating Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and patching
• Experience with device compliance, EDR/AV and patch management
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation
• Basic scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus
• Clear, confident communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support migration to M365 and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
