Job summary

Situations Vacant Ltd is seeking an IT professional to install and configure Windows Server and client OS, manage Microsoft Exchange, and handle networking tasks. The role will also involve on-site work and practical deployments.

You will provide escalation support to the help desk, assist with setup of servers, firewalls, routers and wifi, and support project planning and implementation, including site visits for installations and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Install and configure Windows Server (all versions).
• Install and configure Windows Client OS (all versions).
• Manage Microsoft Exchange (all versions).
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting.
• Configure firewalls.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and internet routing.
• Apply IT best practices and configurations.

• Providing escalation support to the help desk.
