Job summary

Sentrama.com is seeking a 2nd Line Field Engineer for IT & Hardware to support deployments and maintain a fleet of printers and MFDs. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting print infrastructure and collaborating with the hardware team for high-quality installations.

The ideal candidate holds a Full UK driving licence and has strong Windows/networks knowledge, with experience on Xerox and Ricoh devices and a customer-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support or Field Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with print management and configuring print queues, drivers and network printers.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure printer and MFD fleets at customer sites.
• Deploy and support Print Audit software and PaperCut solutions.
• Configure Windows Print Servers, queues and drivers.
• Troubleshoot printer, scanning and network issues.
• Assist with customer migrations and technical projects.
