Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance and repair of MFPs across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northampton. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, perform repairs and ensure devices operate to manufacturer standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years' field experience in managed print, strong networking skills and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary with company vehicle and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Ricoh MFDs or Canon MFDs.
Background in field service within managed print industry.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities.
Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge and IT troubleshooting.
Experience configuring network printers and MFPs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults on MFDs, copiers, printers and related print infrastructure.
Carry out preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Install, configure and commission new print devices.
Replace parts, consumables and assemblies as required.
Perform firmware upgrades and device updates.
Troubleshoot print quality, connectivity and configuration issues.
Configure devices for network printing and cloud workflows.
Support PaperCut or uniFLOW and integrate into Microsoft 365.
Build strong relationships and complete service calls within SLA targets.
Document work accurately in the service management system and report issues.
