Babcock is seeking a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join the Corporate Services IT team in Chatham, Kent. You will deliver responsive, reliable IT support to colleagues and work across modern workplace technologies and end-user computing.

Day-to-day, you will handle 2nd line issues, assist with device builds and migrations, and maintain documentation. A full-time, permanent role offering competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Technical Support or 2nd Line Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line desktop support across laptops and end-user devices.
• Resolve hardware, software, networking and access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint.
