Babcock International in Chatham, Kent is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver robust 2nd line IT support across a busy corporate environment. You’ll work with Windows 10/11, MS 365 and end-user devices, ensuring secure and efficient user experiences while contributing to a resilient technology estate.

Qualifications

Proven 2nd line desktop support experience.
Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Windows 10/11, MS 365, AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line desktop support for desktops, laptops and end-user tech.
Resolve hardware, software, network and access issues.
Support Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Install and maintain devices such as laptops, printers and mobiles.
Maintain documentation and asset records.
