Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd in Lancaster seeks an IT 1st Line Support to handle in-house IT requests by phone and ticket. You will provide frontline support for Microsoft Office services and hardware issues, deploying devices, and collaborating with the team to meet SLA/KPIs.

The role offers an office-based environment with a focus on developing MJQ’s culture and service quality, with training provided by MJ Quinn and a full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of 1st line / Helpdesk experience preferred.
• Experience with Outlook/Office 365 in a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to complete training provided and paid for by MJ Quinn.

Responsibilities

• To be a first point of coordination for IT support requests by phone and ticket.
• To be responsible for providing IT support and timely ticket closures.
• Responsible for own SLA/KPIs
• To provide 1st line support to end users for Microsoft Office Solutions.
• To provide 1st line support to end users for hardware issues.
• Build and deploy end users compute devices.
• To support and collaborate with other team members in the delivery of IT support services.
• To support escalation of incidents / problems to 2nd. / 3rd line support.
• To be fundamental in developing MJQ’s working culture, its reputation, and values.
