Job summary

MJ Quinn in Lancaster is seeking an IT 1st Line Support to join the Technology Services Department, supporting in-house teams. The role focuses on handling IT support requests by phone and ticket, providing timely solutions and maintaining SLAs.

You will deploy and configure end-user devices, support Office 365, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver reliable IT services. A willingness to complete MJ Quinn training and grow within the team is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with 1st line / Helpdesk support.
• Familiar with Outlook/Office 365 and Windows desktop environments.
• Basic PC hardware setup and configuration.
• Willing to complete MJ Quinn training.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of coordination for IT support requests by phone and ticket.
• Provide 1st line IT support to end users for Office solutions and hardware issues.
• Build and deploy end-user devices.
• Support escalation of incidents to 2nd/3rd line.
• Support MJ Quinn’s culture, reputation, and values.
