Select Technology in Paddock Wood is seeking a proactive 1st line IT support specialist. You will provide desktop, networking, and infrastructure support for fast-moving clients, using Microsoft 365 and Windows OS, ensuring high service quality.

Join a busy team, work standard hours 8:30–17:30 with occasional overtime and flexibility. The role offers office-based work, 25–26 holidays, and opportunities to grow with training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven 1st line IT support experience across desktop, networking and infra.
• Team player with customer-focused approach.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory/Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 1st line support to clients while maintaining standards.
• Record all work in the helpdesk and maintain records for continuity.
• Install PCs, routers, printers, and AV equipment per best practices.
• Escalate requests requiring engineer-level expertise.
• Communicate with clients about ticket progress and outages.
• Collaborate with colleagues for unified problem-solving at Select Technology.
• Adhere to service processes and KPI targets.
