Job summary

Select Technology Systems Ltd is seeking a 1st line IT support desk professional for our Paddock Wood office. You will provide expert desktop, networking, and infrastructure support, focusing on Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.

We offer a friendly, team-based environment with a 8:30–5:30 schedule, occasional overtime, and opportunities for growth through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven 1st line IT support experience in desktop, networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS and Office applications.
• Basic LAN, DNS and DHCP knowledge.
• Proven administration of Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 1st line IT support to clients and maintain standards of proficiency and customer service.
• Record all work in the helpdesk and keep client systems up to date.
• Escalate issues requiring engineer-level expertise per escalation processes.
• Communicate with clients about ticket progress and changes that affect service.
