Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Awareness of IT security practices (antivirus, backups, patches).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Line IT support to colleagues across the business.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
• Log, manage and resolve support requests within agreed timescales.
• Assist with system upgrades, installations and wider IT projects.
• Escalate more complex technical issues when required.
• Support IT security, backups, antivirus and system updates.
