Job summary

Palletforce Ltd in Burton-upon-Trent is seeking an IT Support Analyst to respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide effective hardware and software support. This is a full-time, office-based role at DE14 2SY.

You will work with cross-functional teams, administer Office 365 and Active Directory, handle user accounts, and contribute to service delivery. Salary is £28,323.48 per year, with a 10% uplift for out-of-hours work after probation.

Qualifications

• You will have GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) or above and an IT qualification; these are desirable but not essential.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd line service desk, Windows Server and desktop experience, and knowledge of Office 365 administration and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of cases and resolve customer issues.
• Manage user creation and account administration.
• Provide hardware and software support; support in-house applications; collaborate with software development and operations teams.
• Develop relationships with other departments to improve service delivery.
• Carry out application and capacity system checks to identify issues before they impact customers.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems in a logical, methodical manner.
