Prima Cheese is hiring for 1st Line IT & Application Support to join our IT team in the UK. You’ll help maintain day-to-day IT services, support in-house business applications, and work with vendors to resolve incidents. A methodical approach, attention to detail and a keen interest in IT are essential.

You’ll support users, manage access, and collaborate across teams to keep systems running smoothly and securely. Training and progression are available within a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting food manufacturing, sales or supply chain related applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or middleware platforms.
• Understanding of ITSM/service desk principles and incident management.
• Knowledge of Windows desktops/laptops and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic databases/SQL for investigating data.

Aufgaben

• Provide support for in-house developed business-critical applications.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve 1st line hardware, software and application incidents.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure to ITSM best practices.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to log, track and resolve issues.
• Perform functional testing after fixes, patches, upgrades and releases.
• Assist with configuration, user access and permissions per security standards.
