Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd is seeking an 1st/2nd Line IT Support professional to join a well-established organisation with a multi-site UK presence. This role offers a blend of 1st/2nd line support, systems administration, and project work in a collaborative environment.

You will support users across the business while contributing to technology improvements and IT projects, with up to £31,000 salary in Central Bristol and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
• Build, deploy and support laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows and other business-critical applications.
• Assist with the maintenance of server and network infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
• Support technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
• Work closely with users to deliver a high level of customer service.
