Jago Consultants is seeking a proactive 1st/2nd Line Support Technician in the Chichester area. You will deliver first-class IT support to a range of clients, handling requests via the helpdesk and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, hardware/software upgrades, and proactive problem solving. A minimum of 1 year in MSP IT support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MSP IT support.
• Able to visit client sites and perform on-site troubleshooting.
• Pro-active with a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support calls and tickets.
• Log issues in the helpdesk system and resolve them promptly.
• Upgrade hardware and software with minimal client disruption.
• Carry out site visits and on-site troubleshooting when required.

We are working with a friendly successful IT Support company in the Chichester area who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their growing business.

As a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. With individual needs this role will be suited for someone coming from a similar role who is used to working in a fast paced environment.

You will be responding to inbound support calls that is passed across from the 1st line support. Reporting problems via the helpdesk system to be resolved in a timely manner for each client.

You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.
You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.
You will be required to carry out site visits and on site trouble shooting when required.

For this 1st/2nd Line Support Technician role you will need to be pro-active with a can do attitude.
You will have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach.
You will need to have at least 1 years’ experience working for an MSP IT support company.
You will have to drive to succeed within your position and a passion for the industry, ensuring you keep up to date with new technologies, and relevant legislation, internal policies and procedures.
