Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and basic networking.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proactive and organised problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in ITIL or structured support environments is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support through incident resolution.
• Build, deploy and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Maintain server and network infrastructure documentation.
• Update support tickets and maintain records.
• Support technology rollouts and upgrades.
• Deliver high level customer service to users.
