Job summary

IO is recruiting a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join a busy Technology team in Bristol, delivering 2nd line and desktop support for about 1,400 users across modern hardware, software and infrastructure. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, strong ticket ownership, and exposure to more technical and infrastructure work over time.

The position is based in Bristol, with travel to Cardiff and Plymouth twice a month (all expenses paid), and offers a competitive salary and benefits package

Qualifications

Experience in a 2nd line / desktop support role.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory / Entra ID and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line and desktop support across a 1,400-user environment.
Support across hardware, software and infrastructure technologies.
