Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in a 1st line IT service desk role.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience in an MSP or high-performing IT team.
Responsibilities
- Provide O365 support and administration.
- Assist with SharePoint, Azure queries, Teams and InTune basics.
- Support Outlook and email issues for users.
- Log and categorize incidents and respond to requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure users are kept up to date and SLAs are met.
- Build, install and configure hardware and software.
- Work on the Service Desk plus live infrastructure projects.
