Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an 18 weeks validation clerk to join a busy Corporate Elective Access Team. This full-time role (37.5 hours) supports the administration of 18 week patient pathways across all OUH sites, and involves data entry, validation and training responsibilities.

The postholder will promote accurate 18 week data recording, assist with 18 week training, and work within a busy hospital environment while adhering to Elective Access standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role is preferred.
• Experience with Cerner Millennium and understanding of 18 weeks and elective access targets would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand the principles of administration processes for 18 week patient pathways.
• Review and validate data to verify pathway accuracy.
• Provide training to staff across the Trust on Elective Access standards and Government targets.
