Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is offering a 12-month UK placement in Supply Chain with a focus on Human Resources. You will work on employee relations, talent review, performance management and engagement initiatives, starting July 2026.

The role provides real-world responsibilities, mentorship and a path to develop core HR skills in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. This placement is open to penultimate-year students in Human Resource Management or related disciplines, with full right to work for the

Qualifications

• Students must have the full Right to Work for the duration of the placement.
• Penultimate year students only, with sandwich placement option.
• Degree in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers on Employee Relations and HR issues.
• Support Talent Review, Performance management, and Organisational Health processes.
• Assist with Employee Forum events and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to organisational change projects affecting people and engagement.
• Support HR analytics and KPI tracking to measure ROI and impact.
• Help with culture, inclusion, wellbeing, talent acquisition and development initiatives.
