Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings across the UK. The role focuses on safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and work with families and regional teams to support consistent progress for vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with ASD/ADHD.
• Experience supporting non-verbal young people with severe learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
