Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community setting. The role focuses on creating safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships with young people, monitor progress, and work with families and regional teams to support consistency and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with ADHD and ASD (ASD) and PDA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions for individual students.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
