Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. This role focuses on safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trust with vulnerable learners, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while collaborating with families, professionals, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD and sensory processing difficulties.
• Experience of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Post-Encephalitis Awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
