Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, and monitor progress to help learners reconnect with education.

Role requires collaboration with families, professionals, and regional teams; safeguarding reporting and risk assessments form part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD/ ADHD.
• Experience with challenging behaviours.
• Willing to support with personal care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
