Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based position works beyond traditional classrooms to deliver safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and coordinate with families and professionals to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
