Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate, adaptable practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored sessions, build relationships, monitor progress, and work with families and professionals to ensure consistent support for our learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• QTS with experience of secondary school English & Maths.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to at least three days per week for consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance before starting

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals and regional teams.
