Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work closely with families, professionals, and regional teams to ensure consistent support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour
• Experience of trauma informed practice and ACEs
• Experience supporting secondary age students
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
